Product Review – Blogger Outreach Campaign

Lindy & Company

OBJECTIVE:

Lindy & Company — a pet treat company with a purpose — wanted to share its story and gain exposure with consumer audiences and pet owners.  Fetching’s plan was to reach out to select pet and mommy bloggers with information about Lindy & Company’s unique story, that Lindy’s dog and cat treats are made by homeless youth who gain valuable jobs skills in the process, and to offer opportunities for product reviews and consumer give-aways.

RESULT:

Seven pet bloggers, including Thoughts Fur Paws, Oz the Terrier, Sugar the Golden Retriever, and At the Fence, requested dog and cat treats for reviews and give-aways.  In the resulting placements, each blogger included Lindy & Company’s mission and many were delighted by the fact that each bag came with a handwritten note from the teen who baked the treats.
